Our Vineyards
Mills Reef's chosen grape varieties are those of the cool and intermediate climates. For this reason our chosen region is that of Hawkes Bay, located on the east coast of the North Island.
Whilst warmer than the more southerly regions of Martinborough, Marlborough and Otago, Hawkes Bay is multi-talented in that it can successfully grow cooler climate varieties along the coastal fringe and warmer intermediate climate varieties inland.
