The grapes were hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented, the resulting wine then aged in quality French oak barriques for 18 months and bottled on the 15th of November 2006.
This powerful Cabernet Sauvignon is mouthfilling with rich sweet fruit flavours of blackcurrants, plums and nuts, integrated with oak seasoning and firm but supple tannins and a long persistent finish.
Enjoyable now, it will reward cellaring, gaining even greater complexity.
