Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks was undertaken to allow the naturally intense fruit expression of this variety to come forth, showing distinctive aromatic and flavour qualities. This richly varietal Gewurztraminer has a bright pale lemon hue and elegant aromas of lychee, rose petal and orange peel. On the palate, delicious lychee and orange marmalade flavours move seamlessly to a soft, clean and refreshing finish. Well balanced and mouth filling, this is a very approachable and appealing wine in its youth, but will also reward cellaring for up to five years. |
