Tasting Note: A classic Hawkes Bay blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, the plummy, earthy softness of Merlot blends perfectly with the rich blackcurrant flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aged for nine months in French oak, the wine is made in a satisfyingly spicy and full flavoured, easy drinking style.
