| Vintage: 2006 Varieties: Riesling Area: Hawkes Bay Winemaker: Paddy Preston and Tim Preston Alcohol %: 13 Tasting Note: The grapes for this fragrant wine came from a single vineyard in the Meanee area of Hawkes Bay, picked on 29th of March in excellent condition and at ideal ripeness. The juice was cool tank fermented to enhance its aromatic qualities and lees aged for 3 months before light fining, filtering and bottling on the 27th of July. |
