Tasting Note: The grapes for this wine were selected from vineyards situated in the cooler coastal area of Hawkes Bay. They were harvested at optimal ripeness during late March and early April.
The juice was cool tank fermented, then blended, filtered and later bottled on the 12th of October 2005.
This delicious, fresh and lively Hawkes Bay wine exhibits classic grassy aromas with zesty lime and passionfruit flavours. It is made in a mouthfilling medium-dry style with an appetisingly crisp and refreshing finish.
